Das Blog zu Trudels glutenfreiem Kochbuch. Im Keller sind noch Bioäpfel die verarbeitet werden müssen. Es soll ein schneller Kuchen werden. Ich mache diesen Apfelkuchen mit Mandel-Honigkruste. Für den Rührteig rühre ich die Butter mit dem Zucker schaumig und gebe nach und nach die Eier dazu. Die abgeriebene Zitronenschale und den Saft der Zitrone rühre ich darunter. Das Mehl mische ich mit dem Weinsteinbackpulver und vermische es kurz.
